We have been designing and manufacturing and marketing sterling silver jewelry and accessories for the home for over 30 years.  We primarily have been working in Taxco Guerrero, about 3 hours south of Mexico City. In 2002 we decided to find a place we could "retire" to in Mexico, that would suit us more than living at 6,000 feet in the Sierra Madre del Sur mountains of Guerrero.  We had a good friend living in Merida, and she encouraged to come and take a look.  After 3 trips, starting at the end of 2002, and extending into 2003, we bought this house in the neighborhood of Santiago. The city was just becoming a popular destination for expats, and then for Mexican nationals, looking for a more tranquil and friendly urban environment.  After over 20 years here, we feel we were lucky to have found such an easy place to feel at home.  We hope you do as well.
